I have pet so I booked interior vaccum cleaning after completing the task still car carpet full of dog hair person claim that his vaccum was not support this type of cleaning this should be mention earlier this is my first & last time using this service.

He reached one hour late and after reaching he was busy on his phone for a very long time. The job was completed almost 2 hrs past the scheduled time.

Very disappointing experience with Horra service. I missed the call from the car wash staff because I was riding my bike and could not answer. When I called back after 30 minutes, he said he had already cancelled the service. However, the app was still showing the service scheduled till 1:50 PM. When I contacted customer care to explain the situation, instead of helping they cancelled the booking from the backend and even deducted ₹100 as cancellation charges after keeping me on hold for almost 10 minutes. This is highly unprofessional customer support. I expect a refund of the cancellation charge. If this is the level of service, I would not recommend Horra to anyone.

as I see none of the product has been placed in my car, whereas last time the guy given me air freshener, dustbin... moreover stain found in car doors, and also dust observed on my create screen, dust in screen corners, dashboard neither polish properly... overall my second service is pathetic, I was impressed with the 1st one so 2nd time I taken the service but what I understand given approx 1500 rupees service received of 300 rupees...

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and negligent service carried out today. Firstly, the service partner did not contact me prior to starting the service, which is completely unacceptable. My car was parked inside our apartment’s hydraulic parking system, an area that requires caution and prior permission before access. Without any authorization, the service partner entered the restricted garage area, performed a superficial wipe on just one side, clicked pictures, and left. During this unauthorized entry, due to the very limited space and another vehicle parked adjacent to mine, he forcefully maneuvered, resulting in a scratch on the neighboring car. Additionally, he used water inside the hydraulic/electric parking system, which is strictly prohibited. This careless act has caused: - Risk of damage to electrical components of the hydraulic system - Dirty water leakage onto the car parked below - Complete disturbance and mess within the parking area This is not just poor service — this is gross negligence and a potential safety hazard, bordering on a serious violation of property and safety norms. I would like to clearly understand: - Who will take responsibility for the damage caused to the adjacent vehicle? - Who will be accountable if the hydraulic parking system is affected due to water exposure?

The service is very bad, and despite calling customer care multiple times, I didn't get any response, and no one even attempted to contact me. Overall, the entire service is so bad that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I booked for bike wash service with Hoora app few weeks back on Sunday . selected the time slot as well and it showed as “Booking confirmed” but no one showed up that day & no intimation from the company’s side as well. Late evening the customer care executive called up to inform this issue and asked me to book slot for the next day and she did that for me as I was not much used to with the UI. even the next day no one showed up and by calling the service partner he said he’s busy and can’t come today. so I asked the customer care executive to cancel and refund my 99/- but instead of giving me back my 99/- she gave me bloody coins . what will I do with those stupid coins. I don’t wanna use this app in future now. so I need my money back.

Wanted to initially try out door to door car cleaning services subsequently register for yrarly program. Had heard about this app somewhere so looged on and registered. My verdict on the trial is Highly Unprofessional service. Firstly No Show of cleaning staff. Secondly No body from HOORA brothered to info that due to some reason service cannot be provided as per schedule. No service available on same day. Staff adamant to reschedule to next day. Inspite of website showing slots available for the day.

The person came late, took only 30 min to complete the task, avoids the interior cleaning even after i asked it for. I regularly availing Hoor's car wash service but this is the first time i'm having very bad experience. Very much disappointed.

Today I booked an appointment for car washing from Hoora. I selected their package, which included exterior pressure foam wash, tyre polishing, interior vacuum cleaning, dashboard polishing, underbody cleaning, and alloy wheel cleaning and coating. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Firstly, while using the pressure washer, the pump malfunctioned just after he started cleaning the first tyre. I had to arrange a pipe myself so that he could clean the remaining portions. Secondly, instead of providing the promised pressure foam wash, they carried out only a normal wash, again citing the same issue with the pump. Thirdly, underbody cleaning was part of the package, but the cleaner stated that he would clean only the tyre area and nothing else. Fourthly, there was mud inside the door panels. When I asked him to clean it, he initially refused, saying that door cleaning was not included in the service. After repeated requests, he finally agreed to clean it. I would like to ask—are the doors not a part of the car? Overall, my experience was very poor, and I will not be booking their services again. This is for your kind information.
