I would like to share my experience regarding my recent purchase. I am quite disappointed with how things turned out. The issue is not with the service executive—they have done their job as per instructions and are not at fault. The real problem lies with the salesperson, who made several commitments at the time of sale just to close the deal. Unfortunately, many of those promises have not been fulfilled. This creates a clear gap between what was promised and what was actually delivered. Customers rely on the information provided during the sales process, and such overpromising leads to frustration and loss of trust. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensures that commitments made during sales are transparent and properly fulfilled.

During my service, ceramic wash and tyre polish were included. However, the service person initially refused to do them and said they were not part of the package. Only after I showed him the included services did he agree, and even then, his behavior was quite rude. This is not the level of service I expected.

I’m really disappointed with today’s service. The scheduled time was 8:00 AM, but the Hoora partner arrived at 9:20 AM, which caused me to be late for office. Dear Hoora, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service I have experienced from Hoora. I booked a car wash service on 12th January, along with an additional dustbin. After completing the car wash, the service person informed me that the dustbin was out of stock and assured me that he would deliver it within 1–2 days. However, it has now been 7 days, and I have still not received the dustbin. Yusuf is not answering my calls, and when I message him, he replies after 1–2 days saying he will deliver it “tomorrow,” but then again does not respond to calls or messages. I also contacted your customer service team, but unfortunately, they are not even registering my complaint, which is extremely disappointing. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the service quality has been extremely poor. I did not expect this level of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability. I request you to please look into this matter urgently and either: Arrange the delivery of the dustbin immediately. Initiate a refund for the additional item. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter further. Worst service experience ever. You are providing incorrect information regarding my booking issue. I tried contacting your delivery partner from 7:00 AM onwards, but he did not pick up my calls. I was continuously tracking his location while he was on the way, but just 15 minutes before arrival, your partner suddenly cancelled my booking without any prior information or notification. (Please find the attached screenshot for reference). When I contacted customer service, I was issued a refund of only Rs. 123 instead of the full amount of Rs. 222. I was informed that the matter would be investigated and that I would receive a callback after checking with the delivery partner. However, I have not received any callback so far, and now your team is sharing incorrect details regarding the issue. Is this how you treat your customers? This behavior appears highly unprofessional and misleading. I request you to properly investigate this matter and provide the correct refund along with a clear explanation at the earliest.

The cleaning partner did not perform proper exterior cleaning or dust removal, and the ceramic shampoo was not applied correctly. I had booked a premium category car wash, for which I paid ₹1,405. Due to a delay caused by your technician, I was made to wait for several hours, which itself was disappointing and unacceptable for a premium service. Subsequently, instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, your team unilaterally converted the paid amount into coins, despite my clear request during the customer service call that the refund be credited back to my bank account. There are call recordings that confirm my request. I was advised to send an email as well, which I fully intended to do. Unfortunately, during this period, I fell ill and due to unavoidable personal obligations and health issues, I was unable to follow up via email. During this time, the amount of ₹1,405 was converted into coins, credited to my Hoorah account, and later expired in December (around 5th December, to the best of my recollection). My coin balance is now zero. This situation is absolutely unfair and unacceptable. A refund requested to a bank account should not be forcefully converted into coins—especially when those coins have an expiry. Penalizing a customer for illness and circumstances beyond their control reflects extremely poor service standards and raises serious concerns about ethical practices. I would like to clearly state that: I never consented to receiving the refund in the form of coins I explicitly requested a refund to my original payment method The coins expired due to circumstances beyond my control The fault lies entirely with the service process, not the customer I therefore request that the amount of ₹1,405 be immediately refunded to the original account/payment method from which it was paid. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and fairly. If required, you may review the call recordings for confirmation. My experience with this service was not satisfactory at all. Previously, when I had my car serviced, the work was completed quickly and very properly. The car was cleaned efficiently, and I was fully satisfied with the service. However, this time the experience was completely different. It took much longer to complete the service compared to last time. The car was not cleaned properly. There were water marks visible on the sides, and the cleaning was not done thoroughly. The driver-side floor mat was not placed back properly. It was left outside the car, and I had to fix it myself. The tires and wheel areas were also not cleaned properly. Overall, the service quality this time was much worse than my previous experience. first of all it was wrong promised by hoora sales executive Karan Sharma that I will get interior cleaning in both services if I book for monthly package with foam based washing. He guided me with the booking but at the time of washing I came to know that I will only get bucket washing. at the time of first washing another executive promised the foam based washing in the second washing on the phone of partner neetesh kumar however again' the other partner assigned that only bucket washing shows on the app and denied for foam based washing. then another executive called me that she will get my amount 209 refunded in my account. I was expecting the amount will be refunded money but they refunded 209 hoora coins. what will I do with hoora coins when I don't want use your services further. Please refund my 209 in my account and money not as coins.

I’m extremely disappointed with your service. At the time of booking the subscription, your sales associate clearly misled me. She assured me that I would receive the same service on every wash. Now, you are changing your statement and saying that the first wash service was different and the remaining services will be normal. This is completely contradictory and misleading. She also mentioned that although the app shows ₹800 for the first service, it would be adjusted and I would receive the same service every time. However, you have now charged me ₹800 for the first service and are not even providing partners for the remaining services. Instead, you are offering a refund of just ₹179, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, whenever I try to reach out about partners not arriving on time or cancelling scheduled services, I am told that there are “location issues” and partners are unable to come. But interestingly, on the day you charged me ₹800, there were no such location issues and the partner arrived on time. This raises serious concerns. It feels like partners are intentionally not accepting bookings, possibly due to low pay, and customers like me are being given excuses instead of proper service. This whole experience feels like misrepresentation and poor service. I expected professionalism, but this has been frustrating and disappointing. I will not continue with this service, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution

Dear Support Team, I have subscribed to your monthly home car cleaning service for two cars and have already made the required payment. My service was scheduled for yesterday, however, no service executive visited my location. Despite this, the application is incorrectly showing the service status as “Completed.” I contacted your customer care regarding this issue, and I was informed that my complaint has been registered and that I would receive a response within 24–48 hours. I had a very disappointing experience with your service. The assigned partner did not reach my location on time and was still far away even at 11:13 AM, despite my service slot being between 10:00–11:00 AM. He did not arrive at the location for the service and also did not answer my calls initially. When he finally picked up at 11:14 AM, he simply stated that the service timing was between 10–11, but by that time he was nowhere near my location. This is not the first time—during my last service also, the executive arrived late. Additionally, his behavior was unprofessional and rude. He made inappropriate comments like “you have taken a cheap service, so this is the kind of service you will get,” which is completely unacceptable. I request you to either **process a full refund** or **send a verified and professional executive** to complete my car cleaning service at the earliest. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my car washing subscription service. I had an active monthly subscription under which one wash remained pending. The reason provided for non-delivery of this service was that the assigned service partner found my location too far and booking was not available. However, instead of rescheduling or ensuring completion of the pending service, your team unilaterally cancelled the service and processed a refund, without my consent. Simultaneously, a new subscription cycle was initiated through auto-renewal. This raises serious concerns regarding service ethics and fair business practices for the following reasons: My location has remained unchanged and was already accepted at the time of subscription initiation. Therefore, citing distance as a reason at a later stage is inconsistent and unjustified. The failure to deliver the service was due to your internal operational issue (partner availability), not due to any fault on my part. Hence, the burden of adjustment should not be shifted to the customer. A subscription model implies a commitment to deliver a fixed number of services within a billing cycle. Cancellation of a pending service without proper resolution defeats the purpose of such a subscription. Initiating a new subscription cycle without completing the previous cycle’s committed services amounts to deficiency in service and may qualify as an unfair trade practice. A refund does not compensate for the inconvenience caused, as the subscription is taken for continuity and convenience, not merely for monetary value. In view of the above, I request the following resolution: Either the pending wash from the previous subscription cycle should be completed, OR The missed service should be adjusted and provided within the current subscription cycle without any additional charge. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance platforms, including the National Consumer Helpline and other legal remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
