there were bird droppings on the front of the bike, which weren't removed. the ceramic coating on the exterior also left a lot to be desired. Not sure if cleaning the dickey was part of the job, but that also wasn't cleaned. Today I booked an appointment for car washing from Hoora. I selected their package, which included exterior pressure foam wash, tyre polishing, interior vacuum cleaning, dashboard polishing, underbody cleaning, and alloy wheel cleaning and coating. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Firstly, while using the pressure washer, the pump malfunctioned just after he started cleaning the first tyre. I had to arrange a pipe myself so that he could clean the remaining portions. Secondly, instead of providing the promised pressure foam wash, they carried out only a normal wash, again citing the same issue with the pump. Thirdly, underbody cleaning was part of the package, but the cleaner stated that he would clean only the tyre area and nothing else. Fourthly, there was mud inside the door panels. When I asked him to clean it, he initially refused, saying that door cleaning was not included in the service. After repeated requests, he finally agreed to clean it. I would like to ask—are the doors not a part of the car? Overall, my experience was very poor, and I will not be booking their services again. This is for your kind information.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash service. The person seemed to be in a constant hurry and did not put in any effort to properly clean the vehicle. Basic areas were left dirty, and the overall job was far from satisfactory. It feels like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. This is not a one-time experience — it has happened multiple times. When I raise the issue with customer care, they seem unaware of what the service partners are reporting, and no proper resolution is provided. Due to these repeated bad experiences and lack of accountability, I have decided to stop using their services altogether. I would strongly suggest improving coordination, transparency, and verification before marking services as completed. Very disappointing experience.

I had booked a car wash service for today at 9:00 AM, planning my schedule accordingly as I had an important business meeting at 10:30 AM. However, the assigned service agent did not arrive on time and eventually showed up at 10:10 AM — a delay of over 1 hour and 10 minutes. What is even more concerning is that the agent was completely unaware of the booking. He had not checked his dashboard or work assignments. Had I not proactively called him, he would not have even known that there was a job assigned to him. From our interaction, it was evident that he only left his location around 9:30–9:40 AM, making it impossible for him to reach on time. Upon arrival, instead of showing accountability or professionalism, the agent displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. He clearly stated that he “does not work for Hoora” and operates independently. He then went on to ask me to cancel the booking. I immediately contacted customer service to report: 1. The unacceptable delay 2. The agent’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior Shockingly, instead of addressing my concerns, customer service appeared more focused on defending the agent. During this time, the agent left the premises without initiating or completing the service. As a result: - My time was wasted - I had to cancel an important business meeting - The service I paid for was never delivered This incident reflects a serious lack of operational control, training, and accountability within your platform. It also raises significant safety concerns — if service agents can behave in such an unregulated and aggressive manner, it puts customers at risk. I expect the following: - Immediate full refund of the service amount - A formal explanation of how such lapses are allowed to occur - Clarity on the employment/association model of your service agents - Appropriate disciplinary action against the concerned individual Additionally, I am considering escalating this matter further, including: - Filing a formal complaint with the local police authorities in Nagpur - Initiating proceedings in the consumer court for negligence and deficiency in service This is not just about a missed service — this is about accountability, customer safety, and business ethics. There are dents on top of both the doors. It was not there before the cleaning started. I don't know how this useless guy made the dent but the car is damaged. When my wife confronted him he said he did not do it. Also I realized that the booking I had made did not have vaccum interior cleaning. So he said he will use vaccum if paid Rs 50 extra. I paid him but the cleaning was not good. Total waste of money. Hoora service quality has degraded so much that I will recommend everyone to stop using this app.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable delay in service and the subsequent cancellation of my request without any proper justification or timely communication. I had booked the service on 05/02/26 at 8 am, with the expectation that it would be delivered within the promised timeframe, but the reason given by serviceboy that he get up late in the morning that day However, despite repeated follow-ups, there was a significant delay in service. Your executive rescheduled the service for next day 06/02/26 at 8 am but the service was not done by your side again giving the reason that though you select 8 am slot but we give service at 9 am also ,your executive rescheduled for 07/02/26 and again delayed the service, your agent get up when we call him, which is very inappropriate. This experience has caused inconvenience, wasted time, and reflects poor customer service standards. Who will give the compansation for these all ? As a customer, I expect transparency, timely updates, and accountability, none of which were met in this case. I request a clear explanation for the delay and cancellation of both 2 servics, along with appropriate compensation as well as refund at the earliest. This is regarding my confirmed bookings for two vehicles – Hyundai Exter (₹1059) and Ford EcoSport (₹2025) – scheduled for 9:00 AM on 27/02/2026. No service partner was assigned. No communication was provided. I had to contact customer care myself, only to be informed that your foam machine was not working and the bookings would be cancelled. This reflects extremely poor service management and zero respect for customer time. Instead of processing a monetary refund, you have credited 1059 Hoora Coins to my account. This is unacceptable. I paid ₹1059 + ₹2025 = ₹3084 in actual currency. I expect ₹3084 to be refunded to my original payment method. Please confirm in writing: 1. That ₹3084 will be refunded in full. 2. The exact date by which the refund will reflect in my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through formal consumer grievance channels, including filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and pursuing further remedies available under consumer protection law. I had asked the person to visit my place by 1:30 pm instead of 1:00 pm. But he didn't arrive instead cancelled my booking. The booking page clearly shows that the person will start the service between 1 to 2pm. Therefore, it is wrong to cancel the booking instead of rescheduling. While almost 80% of the amount was attributed to the 1st service and only about 20% amount is being refunded back to me, which is a clear cheating with the customer and against the service promises made during the marketing call.

The service was scheduled at 10am, till 10.45am the partner was unreachable on phone, at 10.45am he called to info4m that he has an issue with his 2 wheeler and he will come at 2pm, I agreed and told him not to delay further, till 2.40pm he did not turn up, again I called him, on the 2nd try he picks up and says he just got his 2 wheeler and has reached home and he will come in 40 mins i.e by 3.20pm, again a long wait and finally he turns up at 4pm, no apology no feeling sorry , he started work and then without informing he left, he did wash the car though.Very very unprofessional.

Despite having a confirmed booking, I did not receive a single call from Hoora or the assigned service partner. I hereby demand an immediate full refund of the amount paid.
