They need more training how to use wash mitt. and also the pressure washer was not good at all. all the leaves are still in the car windshield area . Need better drying cloth...I had to give my own cloth 1500 gsm for drying as he used 2 clothes and still not drying up. No polish applied on rubber parts I don't know included or not but tyres were polished.

The service is poor, I chose pressure wash just so that all the gunk and keechad and mud will be properly cleaned. most of it is still left. I have photos after the service. I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash service. The person seemed to be in a constant hurry and did not put in any effort to properly clean the vehicle. Basic areas were left dirty, and the overall job was far from satisfactory.
What’s more frustrating is that I had specifically booked a pressure wash, but he didn’t even attempt it, stating that he forgot to bring the nozzle. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism.
My car still has visible dirt all over, and the service quality was extremely poor. I am genuinely fed up with the kind of service Hura is providing.
I expect either a proper re-service done thoroughly or a fair refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I tried Hoora Car Wash for the first time, even though I wasn’t very confident about it—and sadly, my doubts were right. The person who came to wash the car was clearly not a professional. Even after paying 1100, the car was still dirty and the cleaning was very poorly done. Honestly, a 300-rupee roadside car wash does a far better job than this. I have no idea what kind of cloth he used, but it left several scratches on the paint, which is unacceptable. I will never use this service again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. It really felt like he didn’t even know the basics of car washing. Charging so much for such poor service is nothing but fooling customers. The cleaning was not satisfactory as it was done by very low pressure pump, it was unable to remove the mud in the mud flap. They also refused the polishing work & cleaning of the cabin of the car dispite paying Rs 712. The authorised car service station merely charges Rs 500 for this work.
