It was a unsatisfied service. I'll not recommend hoora for bike wash, service partner washes the bike in hurry which results in improper/unsatisfied washing. Though the bike is clean after wash but service partner should not do it in hurry. Because of hurrying, service partner applied tyre polish on wet tyres which results nothing. Tyres are not shining the way it has to. Very Unsatisfied

The individual came and i gave him the vehicle unlocked. When i checked after an hour, he is gone, I don't know when, without informing me and without showing me the work done. I don't know if he did all the assigned tasks, but he left rear door opened, forgot his wet cloth on rear seat, left cabin light on with the car in unlocked state. This is poor workmanship with zero sense of responsibility. The guy is unworthy of his job. It also shows Hoora expanding its business by lowering the standards and quality of service. Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint and seek immediate resolution regarding an extremely unfair experience I had with my premium car wash booking. I had booked a premium category car wash, for which I paid ₹1,405. Due to a delay caused by your technician, I was made to wait for several hours, which itself was disappointing and unacceptable for a premium service. Subsequently, instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, your team unilaterally converted the paid amount into coins, despite my clear request during the customer service call that the refund be credited back to my bank account. There are call recordings that confirm my request. I was advised to send an email as well, which I fully intended to do. Unfortunately, during this period, I fell ill and due to unavoidable personal obligations and health issues, I was unable to follow up via email. During this time, the amount of ₹1,405 was converted into coins, credited to my Hoorah account, and later expired in December (around 5th December, to the best of my recollection). My coin balance is now zero. This situation is absolutely unfair and unacceptable. A refund requested to a bank account should not be forcefully converted into coins—especially when those coins have an expiry. Penalizing a customer for illness and circumstances beyond their control reflects extremely poor service standards and raises serious concerns about ethical practices. I would like to clearly state that: I never consented to receiving the refund in the form of coins I explicitly requested a refund to my original payment method The coins expired due to circumstances beyond my control The fault lies entirely with the service process, not the customer I therefore request that the amount of ₹1,405 be immediately refunded to the original account/payment method from which it was paid. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and fairly. If required, you may review the call recordings for confirmation. Recently had the misfortune of using this car cleaning service, and I’m absolutely disappointed with the results. First of all, the dust was still everywhere—on the dashboard, the seats, and even in the cup holders. It’s as if the cleaning was rushed, and no effort was made to get into the nooks and crannies. The AC vents, which are often neglected in car cleanings, were still clogged with dust and debris. This is something that should’ve been taken care of, but they were left exactly as they were before the service. It’s honestly frustrating, as I specifically paid for a deep clean with the expectation that everything would be addressed. Even the seats, which I thought would be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized, looked no different after the cleaning. There was no noticeable effort to get rid of any stains, grime, or odors. I could tell that they simply did a surface-level cleaning, and even then, it was poorly done. The service was subpar at best, and I feel like I wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. It’s unacceptable to offer a “deep cleaning” and deliver nothing but disappointment.

Despite having a confirmed booking, I did not receive a single call from Hoora or the assigned service partner. I waited near my car for more than two hours, yet no partner arrived for the cleaning service. What is even more disturbing is that the person allotted to my booking continuously misled me for nearly two hours, repeatedly stating that he would reach “in 2 minutes,” which never happened. This behavior amounts to mental harassment, false assurance, and complete misuse of my time. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and unacceptable from a service provider. I made necessary arrangements and adjusted my schedule based on your confirmation, only to be left waiting without any service or accountability. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I consider this a serious service failure and harassment, and I am extremely disappointed with Hoora’s standards. I hereby demand an immediate full refund of the amount paid. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue legally, including filing a formal complaint with consumer court and relevant authorities.
