It was a unsatisfied service. I'll not recommend hoora for bike wash, service partner washes the bike in hurry which results in improper/unsatisfied washing. Though the bike is clean after wash but service partner should not do it in hurry. Because of hurrying, service partner applied tyre polish on wet tyres which results nothing. Tyres are not shining the way it has to. Very Unsatisfied

arrived early @ location & was not ready to wait for vehicle & not ready to go to location where vehicle parked.
App also have lot of errors, like I changed service address while booking, but it selected default address for booking & created confusion. Even I couldn’t review my booking due to pop up of software update which was not available on Apple Store at that time.
