The bike was not cleaned properly, unlike last time when I was present there. Since it was the same partner, I trusted him, showed him the bike, and went home. Within 5–10 minutes, he informed me that the cleaning was completed. Last time, it took around 25–30 minutes to wash the bike and complete the entire process. This is not the kind of service I am expecting.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to provide interior cleaning and tire polishing, both of which are included in my package. When I insisted, he contacted his vendor for confirmation; even after the vendor instructed him to proceed, he claimed he did not have the proper cleaning materials to clean the interior. The exterior cleaning was also extremely poor. When I asked him to clean it properly, he responded rudely, saying he would not do what I asked and said do whatever you want to do. His overall behavior was threatening, and the quality of service was completely unacceptable. I request a full refund or appropriate compensation for the charges. Failing this, I will be forced to take further necessary action.

then your service provider came to my location and he was a elder person(old uncle),
When he came to my place and he didn't start his work and directly call the customer service from his phone and didn't had word with me.
He said to the customer service person that I ask for deep clean and all, and as per his capability he was unable to do his work and ask me to cancel the booking as he had another booking which is too far from my location so he can not wash my car in 44 min and ask me for more 450/- for the same service.
So I again call customer service from my number and explain them all the situation happened here and the person from service desk also said I have to cancel the booking and 100 rupees will deduct
This is not done, the pathetic service you guys are giving which is unexpected, after explaining too many time they said ok just email us regarding we will refund your amount so I want it by in my bank account, I don't want it in the hoora account as I am not gonna use your app for any how now.

In my previous booking, the assigned executive did not arrive. For the next booking scheduled at 9 AM, the executive attempted to call at 8 AM, but when I tried reaching out after 9 AM, there was no response.
As a result, my booking got cancelled, and I was charged a cancellation fee of ₹100. This seems unfair, as the first reschedule happened only because the executive did not show up due to illness. Ideally, a replacement should have been arranged from your end.
I am quite disappointed with this experience, as it has caused unnecessary inconvenience. Due to these repeated issues, I have decided to cancel my subscription.

he literally washed car by mug. first of all he said my bucket is broken give me bucket i gave one he asked one more and asked mug as well. appointment was of 7-8 he came at 8:45. he washed car by mug he said its not pressure pipe wash u selected its normal wash. similar to this in our society we pay 500 rs per month for car wash boy who washes daily and u r charging it for 250 rs seriously? last time on 2 nd march that guy washed it using pressure pipe.
