I booked ceramic wash for exterior and interior. Exterior cleaning is satisfactory. Time spent in Interior cleaning is less than 5 minutes. Seats/dash board etc is not touched. Only doors are cleaned from inside. After repeated requests footmat is touched. I am not satisfied with interior clean.

For this reason, I have been trying to contact your customer care/help line since yesterday to reschedule the service, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of support is highly unprofessional and has left me quite dissatisfied with your service experience so far. I request you to arrange the car cleaning service today before 1:00 PM. HOORA service did not done scheduled time and date ...date changed with out knowing customer from service centre .....already slot has been booked why service centre is canceled and given another date?..this is unacceptable after collecting all the amount in advance by HOORA service...

I had booked car wash but after service guy visits and says ur car is too much dirty bucket wash is not possible I asked him try pressure wash I’ll pay the charges he refused and let I asked customer care for refund they refused to pay full as service guy has visited site and also mentioned ur car is too dirty and u have selected wrong package if I’m wrong I wax ready to pay what the extra charges and also they should have asked me to upload car snap before visiting a very worst experience

I received a call from Horra Car Wash informing me about a wash offer and was advised to pay for two wash cycles. It was explained that the first wash would include both interior and exterior cleaning with all benefits. Based on this assurance, I booked the service for 19 February 2026 at 07:00 AM. Before the scheduled time, I contacted customer care to confirm the availability of the washing staff, and they assured me that the person would arrive on time. As instructed, I also arranged two buckets of water from the 3rd floor in preparation for the service. However, no one arrived even by 07:45 AM. Since my office starts at 08:30 AM, the delay completely disrupted my schedule and the morning was wasted waiting for the service. Eventually, the order was cancelled from their side, and no refund was provided. The app service and customer support were extremely disappointing, and there appears to be no accountability for commitments made to customers. My next scheduled wash is on 07 March 2026, but based on this experience, I have very little expectation regarding the reliability of the service. Overall, the service does not feel genuine, and there seems to be no value given to the assurances provided by customer care. Rating: Very Poor – Not Recommended.

This my second service request. I am totally disappointed with the service. The service partner was supposed to come between 7am-8am and he came here at 8.48am. Too late and I was supposed to got out.

This is regarding my confirmed bookings for two vehicles – Hyundai Exter (₹1059) and Ford EcoSport (₹2025) – scheduled for 9:00 AM on 27/02/2026. No service partner was assigned. No communication was provided. I had to contact customer care myself, only to be informed that your foam machine was not working and the bookings would be cancelled. This reflects extremely poor service management and zero respect for customer time. Instead of processing a monetary refund, you have credited 1059 Hoora Coins to my account. This is unacceptable. I paid ₹1059 + ₹2025 = ₹3084 in actual currency. I expect ₹3084 to be refunded to my original payment method. Please confirm in writing: 1. That ₹3084 will be refunded in full. 2. The exact date by which the refund will reflect in my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through formal consumer grievance channels, including filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and pursuing further remedies available under consumer protection law. I expect confirmation within 24 hours.

No executive from Hoora called between the scheduled time of service(1-2pm). I had received the call only after 2pm which I wasn't able to receive because of my official meeting. Fornthe mistake of Hoora people not calling in the correct scheduled time Hoora cannot charge cancellation charges. I have sent the video of my phone which has the call registar which clearly shows that i received the call from Hoora at 2.13pm and not within 1-2pm. Ihave attached the screenshot here. But I have sent the video also to WhatsApp of Horora 735098218.....Pls let me know if I have send the video to Email as well

Service was not done. But the booking is marked as completed. Poor customer care when tried to raise a complaint. they askede to wait for 48hrs but no response from them and it's been more than 3 days

Extremely disappointing vehicle cleaning service. Even after informing the staff multiple times, the scooty was not cleaned properly. Dirt was still visible above both tyres, inside the footrest area, and in several inner sections of the vehicle. As seen in the photos, many areas such as the inner panels, plastic trims, and under sections were left dusty and dirty even after the wash. Basic detailing and proper wiping were clearly not done. What is more concerning is the careless handling of the vehicle. After the cleaning, visible wipe marks and scratches appeared on some plastic and body panels. It seems the vehicle was wiped using a rough or dirty cloth, which caused swirl marks and scratches. A proper vehicle wash should include careful cleaning of inner areas, tyres, and plastic parts using appropriate microfiber cloths and techniques. Instead, the service felt rushed and poorly handled. Customers trust such services with their vehicles, but this experience showed a lack of attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place unless they significantly improve their cleaning standards and staff training.
