He did an excellent job overall, but he missed removing the dog hair around the seat belt area, which I specifically mentioned before the service began. Clearing out all the hair was one of the main reasons I booked your premium service, so I was quite disappointed. I called him immediately (within 2-3 minutes of his departure) to point this out. He requested photos, which I sent via WhatsApp, expecting him to return and complete the job—but I haven’t heard back. This isn’t the level of service I anticipated for the price paid.

services results was average I am not sure if after cleaning was supposed to put paper floor mate at front seat. It did not feel freshness of cleaning in the car. I think products needs to looked at and training of staff.

i have already spoken to Customer service representative Gagan Singh on 12th April and told him everything about the pathetic service which I got and also requested for refund for the services which were not provided. He agreed to my grievances and assured that he will fix it and call me back in 2 days. it’s been 6 days since we spoke and there has been no update yet. I’m absolutely furious with the way you guys are cheating your customers. Alloy Detailing not done, Roof cleaning not done, Plastic polish not done, Air purifier not provided, Tissue box not provided. I paid extra for these services but did not get it. You guys scam your users to take Hoora Black for extra value added service but do not even provide the basic services. The staff clearly mentioned that these services cannot be provided as the company has not given the required supplies for the same. Also, to add on, a 360 deep clean clearly means that you clean the car 360 degree (in-out) but this service does not include cleaning the car from outside which needs to be added with a separate charge of approx ₹280. will never recommend your app to anyone. Do not want someone else to suffer like me.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my extremely unsatisfactory experience with your application and service. I had booked a car wash service (interior cleaning including doors and floor) on Saturday for Monday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. As the service was not available at my residence, I selected a location approximately 7 km away. Due to the unavailability of a water facility at that location, I additionally incurred a cost of ₹120 to arrange 4 water cans. I reached the location at 6:45 AM after waking up early at 6:00 AM, expecting timely service. However, no service personnel arrived, and the contact number provided in the application (7778097308) was unreachable. Subsequently, I received a call from your representative informing me that no service person was available and that the booking would need to be cancelled. This lack of prior intimation is completely unprofessional, especially when multiple reminders were sent earlier. Despite my request for immediate alternative arrangements or service at my office location, I was informed that no such options were available. I was left with no choice but to cancel the service. While I was informed that a refund would be processed within 15–20 minutes, the amount was not credited back to my bank account. Instead, it was credited as points in the application, which also have an expiry date. This is unacceptable, particularly since the cancellation was due to your operational failure. Issuing expiring credits instead of a monetary refund reflects poor customer handling and unfair business practice. Further, I wish to highlight the losses and inconvenience caused to me due to your service failure: - Booking amount: ₹99 - Time wasted (2 hours @ ₹1500/hour professional rate): ₹3,000 - Travel cost (14 km @ ₹15/km): ₹210 - Water purchase cost: ₹120 Total claim amount: ₹3,429 (rounded) In light of the above, I demand: 1. Immediate refund of ₹99 to my original payment method (bank account), not as app credits. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience, time loss, and additional expenses incurred. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint to appropriate consumer forums and take further necessary action. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. High charge but poor service quality Being startup you faild to establish you brand name and trust towards customer. Mr. Yashwant Budhwani and Mr. Harsh Somani you are only looting customers. The basic cleanliness standards were not maintained. The tissue paper box was missing, there was no dustbin in the car, the microfiber cloth was very dirty, and the seat covers were not cleaned properly. Overall, the interior car hygiene and cleaning were not done properly, despite me paying for these services.

I was a new to Hoora and booked a service for the first time and it was worst experience. I'll never recommend Hoora to any of my friends or family members. It took 3 hours to address my issue and they denied me to take my complaint. They wasted my 3 hours of valuable time and when I asked for complaint and compensation, they literally denied to register my complaint. Worst experience so far. I will take it to further for legal.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Hoora. I purchased a package worth ₹1700 which included two interior cleaning services. Based on the availability shown in the app, I booked a slot for today between 1–2 PM. However, after the payment was successfully deducted, I received a call from your team stating that the service is not available today and can only be scheduled for tomorrow. I clearly informed your team that I am not available tomorrow and requested them to cancel the booking and process a refund to my original payment method. Despite my clear instruction, your team cancelled the booking from their side and converted approximately ₹800 into in-app points without my consent. The remaining ₹800 is still showing as a pending service scheduled for October, which I am not willing or able to use. This is completely unacceptable. I did not cancel the service — your team did due to unavailability. Therefore, I am entitled to a full refund of ₹1700 to my original payment method. Converting my hard-earned money into points or forcing me into a future service that I cannot use is unfair and misleading. To make matters worse, I am now unable to contact your support team as my calls are not being answered, and it appears my number may have been blocked. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on your company and raises serious concerns about your business practices. I want to clearly state that I do not wish to continue with this package anymore. I am requesting a full refund of ₹1700 immediately. If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and escalate the matter further for unfair trade practices and deficiency in service. I hope your team takes this matter seriously and resolves it promptly without forcing customers into unnecessary trouble.
