I had opted for Bucket wash with tyre polish, After the experience I can say it is of no use, the car was washed with water using some dirty piece of cloth, the tyre polish is just for name, only the edges of tyre were polished, on asking the service person, he said we don’t do full tyre, only edges.

Very Bad Experience with Hoora I had a very disappointing experience with Hoora. I booked a service through them, but they suddenly canceled my booking without giving any proper reason. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. When I contacted their customer care, the experience became even worse. Instead of helping or resolving the issue, they informed me that they would not provide any refund, even though the cancellation was from their side. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. A company that cancels bookings and refuses refunds clearly does not value its customers. I strongly feel this is a very poor service and lack of responsibility toward customers. I would not recommend Hoora to anyone. Be careful before booking because if something goes wrong, you may lose your money and not get proper support.

The bike was not cleaned properly, unlike last time when I was present there. Since it was the same partner, I trusted him, showed him the bike, and went home. Within 5–10 minutes, he informed me that the cleaning was completed. Last time, it took around 25–30 minutes to wash the bike and complete the entire process. This is not the kind of service I am expecting.

Normal interior cleaning package is not useful as part of this package service partner is not ready to remove dust particles from the interior he just clean dashboard that was also not proper and then add polish to only dashboard. External ceramic shampoo cleaning was also not proper he directly started applying ceramic on the external without prior removing dust and then apply water done. Very bad service. Service partner said with the basic bucket wash plan customer will get such service only in such case Basic Bucket service is not useful for the customer and premium service is not affordable as it is very costly

Despite being a returning customer, the quality of this experience was unacceptable for several reasons: • Poor Service Quality: After the service was completed, the car was covered in water marks. Even after I pointed these out to the partner, the issue was not resolved. • Unprofessional Conduct: I was asked by your partner to provide my own dry cloth for him to use. As a customer, I expect a professional service to be fully equipped with the necessary tools. Even after providing my own cloth, the partner was unable to remove the marks, leaving the car in a state where I had to get it washed again myself. • Lack of Accountability: It is unclear whether the responsibility for a clean finish lies with Hoora or the customer, as I found myself performing the labor I paid your company to handle. • Unfair Penalty Charges: In my previous booking, a fee of 100₹ was deducted because I missed a call and returned it within 20 minutes. Given the extremely poor quality of this most recent service, this penalty feels particularly unjustified. I have had "okay" experiences with Hoora in the past, but the standard has dropped significantly. I would like to know how you intend to address the failure of this specific service and the recent penalty charge.

it's a fraud, they take payment. customer care keeps you waiting entire day by promising the partner will arrive in 30 mins. They will keep you waiting entire day, waste your entire day and then cancel. also they will not refund in account but in third own wallet.

First of all, the service was completely unacceptable. The agent arrived extremely late, and the entire car wash experience felt like a complete gimmick. There was barely any water pressure, which resulted in a very poor-quality wash. The alloy wheels were not cleaned properly at all, showing clear negligence and lack of attention to detail. The most serious issue, however, is the damage caused to my windscreen and rear glass. The foam used appears to have contained harsh chemicals, and due to inadequate pressure during rinsing, it has left behind stubborn chemical stains. These marks are highly visible, especially under sunlight, and despite multiple attempts to clean them, they remain. This is not just poor service — it has actually deteriorated the condition of my car. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied and will certainly not recommend your services to anyone.

Guys, please use this app and I seriously don't recommend it. I saw reel as you dia, and I booked for my car and my bike. The person came. He washed my car body polish the dashboard and polish the tyre. However, the flooring the mat and the Marga all were muddy, not at all, feel that I have washed my car. He cost me 7316, which I feel is waste because no pressure washer, no water guns. Nothing has been bought by the rider. He just came like he is a society watchman got the small bucket which asked me where is the water he filled the water and wiped out the car with cloth. I recommend you to go out and get your car washed by the washing centre. It will give you more happiness than this. Hoora doing. It's a total scam.

i paid for the pressure wash but i got my car hand washed as the machine did not work. i added a service which says outer black parts of the vehicle will be polised but it was left half way as yours advisor said that he is out of time. Door mats were not washedy as well. there are black spots on my car even after the wash. i paid for the underbody wash but this was also not done as your machine was faulty.

Very disappointing experience. My car was parked in covered parking for around 2 weeks and only had normal dust, but the cleaner kept insisting that the booked bucket wash would not work and repeatedly pushed for a pressure foam wash upgrade. It felt more like unnecessary upselling than genuine advice. What concerned me most was that he initially started using a hard brush on the painted surface of the car to remove dust, which could easily cause scratches and swirl marks. I had to stop him immediately and ask him to use a microfiber cloth instead. Only after that did he switch to microfiber cloth, water, and shampoo. He also kept saying the service “won’t work” and even tried calling a supervisor when I declined the upgrade, which made the interaction uncomfortable. It honestly felt like he was unwilling to perform the booked service unless I paid extra. The wash itself turned out okay after I intervened, but customers should not have to supervise basic paint-safe washing practices or deal with pressure tactics during a standard wash service.
