poor communication, initially staff came almost 2 hours early, as I was not available during the time, asked him to come on the scheduled time, on which he said, starting with another service now and will come once he finishes that. Later he came by 4, 2 hours after the scheduled time, during that stime there was no water available in the society, hence I asked him to reschedule for next day, upon which he agreed, also confirmed that, he has communicated with his senior and agreed to reschedule for next day. But later I received a notification that service has been cancelled and no refund as it was cancelled. So no proper communication, I had raised the concern with customer care as well but no further response.

The app did not allow me to reschedule my booking and the customer support was incapable and not educated to handle the query. Dipti from the team could not tell the difference between a tech issue and a feature restriction. She also miscalculated the time difference between 24th Jan and 26 Jan to less than 24 hours. I also tried contacting the phone support multiple times but could not connect

Pathetic Sevrice. Did not even assign anyone for the service. I called thrice and despite wating for 5 mins for someone to answer the call they disconnect it. I had to wait till aftery opted time slot had passed to finally connect with the customer care only for them to tell me that we don’t have anyone available for today. Then why did you have the time slots on the app?? You wasted my time I had to go out in clean vehicle but thanks to Hoora I have to find an alternative commute.

I had booked a car wash service for today at 9:00 AM, planning my schedule accordingly as I had an important business meeting at 10:30 AM. However, the assigned service agent did not arrive on time and eventually showed up at 10:10 AM — a delay of over 1 hour and 10 minutes. What is even more concerning is that the agent was completely unaware of the booking. He had not checked his dashboard or work assignments. Had I not proactively called him, he would not have even known that there was a job assigned to him. From our interaction, it was evident that he only left his location around 9:30–9:40 AM, making it impossible for him to reach on time. Upon arrival, instead of showing accountability or professionalism, the agent displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. He clearly stated that he “does not work for Hoora” and operates independently. He then went on to ask me to cancel the booking. I immediately contacted customer service to report: 1. The unacceptable delay 2. The agent’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior Shockingly, instead of addressing my concerns, customer service appeared more focused on defending the agent. During this time, the agent left the premises without initiating or completing the service. As a result: - My time was wasted - I had to cancel an important business meeting - The service I paid for was never delivered This incident reflects a serious lack of operational control, training, and accountability within your platform. It also raises significant safety concerns — if service agents can behave in such an unregulated and aggressive manner, it puts customers at risk. I expect the following: - Immediate full refund of the service amount - A formal explanation of how such lapses are allowed to occur - Clarity on the employment/association model of your service agents - Appropriate disciplinary action against the concerned individual Additionally, I am considering escalating this matter further, including: - Filing a formal complaint with the local police authorities in Nagpur - Initiating proceedings in the consumer court for negligence and deficiency in service This is not just about a missed service — this is about accountability, customer safety, and business ethics. I request one of the founders or senior leadership members to personally reach out to me to address this matter urgently. I also expect a full refund, along with appropriate consideration for compensation due to the inconvenience and professional loss caused. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior of your caller and service staff. Today morning, the car wash boy arrived, but I could not attend the call at that moment. Without informing me or taking my permission, he cancelled the booking on his own. After that, when I called your support team and politely requested to reschedule or change the booking time, the caller spoke very rudely and aggressively. Instead of helping, he disconnected the call and then sent me a booking cancellation message. At no point did I ask to cancel the booking. I only requested a time change. This behavior was disrespectful and insulting. Such harsh and unprofessional communication is not expected from a service app like Hoora. I had informed that your person did not come over duding scheduled time and hence wash service had to be cancelled. I was informed by your executive then was full amount paid ₹ 129.00 will be refunded and i can use them at a later date. However, today when i tried using it I was shocked that only ₹ 29.00 has been credited and ₹ 100.00 has be deducted towards cancellation of seevice. Very poor cleaning quality. The cleaning man did not even wipe the car after washing. Even after showing him the dirt on the car, he did not bother to clean it. He seemed to be in a hurry and complete the task in about 45 minutes which was for 1 hour 18 minutes. This was not expected of Hoora as my first service few months back was very good.
