Pathetic Sevrice. Did not even assign anyone for the service. I called thrice and despite wating for 5 mins for someone to answer the call they disconnect it. I had to wait till aftery opted time slot had passed to finally connect with the customer care only for them to tell me that we don’t have anyone available for today. I had a very disappointing experience with the service person who visited my place.
Firstly, he arrived late because he was unable to locate the address, and instead of acknowledging the delay, he blamed me for it. Secondly, the vehicle cleaning was not done properly. The quality of work was so poor that I had to take the cloth from him and clean the front of the vehicle myself in front of him.
When I requested him to complete the cleaning properly, he responded that he had another appointment and needed to leave, which felt very unprofessional.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I expected better service, punctuality, and basic professionalism.
