Last experience was worst and today’s experience is worst then that.
I did booking. First it was not reflecting and then after call and messages it reflected. Partner assigned but no call. When contacted he said he has problem with app so can’t serve. Again contacted customer care and they told within 15 minutes person will reach to clean.
Again surprises, after half an hour customer service called with excuse of medical urgency which is not right and told can’t serve.
You have opened a company without basic service abdicates and so don’t want to continue. Also you have my 364 Rupee in your wallet as couple which needs to be transferred to my original source of payment.
PAL return my payment on priority and this is also tactic you kept my money in form of coupon.
Before I take it in other social media and circulate, pls ensure my payment is credited back in original payment mode that is Paytm.

I had a very bad experience with this service. I paid 476, but the service was left incomplete, and when I raised a complaint, they don't resolved my issue
The service partner came on time, but the actual work was completely unsatisfactory. The entire cleaning was done using the same water, even after I clearly asked them to change it. I even gave full access to clean water, but they still continued using the dirty water, which obviously affected the results.
Even after several reminders, none of the glasses were cleaned properly. They remained dusty and stained, almost just like before. The ceramic coating that was included in the package was also done carelessly and does not seem to have been applied properly. On top of all this, the support team did not help in any way. There was no proper support, no resolution, and they just kept sending the same message about giving points instead of actually fixing the issue.
I clearly requested them to either complete the service properly or refund the entire amount to my bank account, but nothing was done.
This app is totally disappointing. Don’t use this app. this app was worst worst worst,, totally time-wasting

My experience with this service was not satisfactory at all.
Previously, when I had my car serviced, the work was completed quickly and very properly. The car was cleaned efficiently, and I was fully satisfied with the service.
However, this time the experience was completely different.
It took much longer to complete the service compared to last time.
The car was not cleaned properly. There were water marks visible on the sides, and the cleaning was not done thoroughly.
The driver-side floor mat was not placed back properly. It was left outside the car, and I had to fix it myself.
The tires and wheel areas were also not cleaned properly.
Overall, the service quality this time was much worse than my previous experience. I request you to please improve the quality standards and ensure proper training of the staff to avoid such issues in the future.

my Car was not washed completely Sonu was not even able to remove dust / dirty parts of my Car. it was so bad that I showed him how to clean it neither I'll never recommend it nor take the service again. I can't even compare it with piers providing similar car wash service like Go Mechanic etc since they are much more professional with better pulse of service needed.

I am not satisfied with this bucket wash. The service partner informed me that the company allows only 7 minutes to wash the bike. Because of this, the cleaning quality is not good.
I don’t think this is entirely the service partner’s fault, as he clearly explained the time limitation. However, I still noticed multiple patches of mud and dust left on the bike. Honestly, I can clean it better myself, or even get a better wash from a nearby shop for ₹50–₹60.
I only opted for this wash because I had a coupon; otherwise, I would not prefer this service.

This is my fourth service, and all three previous cleaners washed my car using a jet foam wash. However, this cleaner used only a bucket wash, stating that foam wash was not included, which was never an issue earlier.
Additionally, the interior cleaning was not done properly. As attached in the pictures, several areas were left uncleaned. The entire service was completed in just 15–20 minutes, whereas previous services usually took close to an hour.
Overall, today’s service was a complete waste of both time and money. What was more disappointing was that even after requesting him to complete the cleaning properly, he was unwilling to cooperate or finish the service satisfactorily.
