Exterior cleaning is satisfactory. Time spent in Interior cleaning is less than 5 minutes. Seats/dash board etc is not touched. Only doors are cleaned from inside. After repeated requests footmat is touched. I am not satisfied with interior clean.

Again after eating for 7 days, in the last minute your team is a calling a saying there is not service partner is available near by you and can we cancel this request !!!!!! one of the worst experience which I ever got I had booked wash on Monday 09/03/2026 but I gat appointment on Saturday 14/03/2026 8am slab , I was waiting till Saturday as I waited i got call by HOORA guy telling sir your location is very far from my location can I come by 3 or 4 pm I said yes come as per your conveniently I was expecting him by 4pm but I got a call by HOORA team by 6pm telling y I asked our person not to come and request him to come by 6 and i explained him everything after that he said he will arrange someone and send them no call nothing then next day morning 15/03/2026 got call by 8 pm telling we don't have any partner sorry for the inconveniences we will return your money i requested him not to cancel and reschedule it to someother day but no use he said not possible and cancelled it and refund the amount into HOORA account.... one of the worst service and experience I had from this Hoora app pls don't come to this app one of the worst and very bad people pls don't try this .

service guy called me and I was not able to pick up the call. I called him back again. then he called me 3 times. all of them were 1 sec missed calls. and I when me service got cancelled i was called by support team straightaway which I picked. I told them then the issue even shared a screenshot of the call logs of that day from the service partner but nothing. what matters to them was that I didn't pick up the call so service got cancelled

Service is cancelled by your service person and the refund is in Hoora coins. When I tried reaching the support desk, had to wait for 14 minutes to get connected in the 3rd attempt. Then the actual story starts - the support executive was so rude and curt that I have never experienced such behaviour with any customer support executive.
