one fellow will cancel the service in the morning and after one hour another fellow would say can I come now. Since I had to change the plans based on the first person's cancellation, the vehicle wouldn't be available when the second person calls and says can I come now. Because I say the vehicle is not available, the cancellation charges are on my account. It's not once but happened twice. This is nothing but pure fraud. And, the refund after deducting the cancellation charges, would be in Hoora coins. It's very unfortunate that I associated myself with this fraudulent company.
