They need more training how to use wash mitt. and also the pressure washer was not good at all. all the leaves are still in the car windshield area . Need better drying cloth...I had to give my own cloth 1500 gsm for drying as he used 2 clothes and still not drying up. No polish applied on rubber parts I don't know included or not but tyres were polished.

During my service, ceramic wash and tyre polish were included. However, the service person initially refused to do them and said they were not part of the package. Only after I showed him the included services did he agree, and even then, his behavior was quite rude. This is not the level of service I expected.

Hello Hoora This is is pathetic experience with you till date. Last experience was worst and today’s experience is worst then that. I did booking. First it was not reflecting and then after call and messages it reflected. Partner assigned but no call. When contacted he said he has problem with app so can’t serve. Again contacted customer care and they told within 15 minutes person will reach to clean. Again surprises, after half an hour customer service called with excuse of medical urgency which is not right and told can’t serve. You have opened a company without basic service abdicates and so don’t want to continue. Also you have my 364 Rupee in your wallet as couple which needs to be transferred to my original source of payment. PAL return my payment on priority and this is also tactic you kept my money in form of coupon. Before I take it in other social media and circulate, pls ensure my payment is credited back in original payment mode that is Paytm.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash service. The person seemed to be in a constant hurry and did not put in any effort to properly clean the vehicle. Basic areas were left dirty, and the overall job was far from satisfactory. What’s more frustrating is that I had specifically booked a pressure wash, but he didn’t even attempt it, stating that he forgot to bring the nozzle. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. My car still has visible dirt all over, and the service quality was extremely poor. I am genuinely fed up with the kind of service Hura is providing. I expect either a proper re-service done thoroughly or a fair refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

first of all it was wrong promised by hoora sales executive Karan Sharma that I will get interior cleaning in both services if I book for monthly package with foam based washing. He guided me with the booking but at the time of washing I came to know that I will only get bucket washing. at the time of first washing another executive promised the foam based washing in the second washing on the phone of partner neetesh kumar however again' the other partner assigned that only bucket washing shows on the app and denied for foam based washing. then another executive called me that she will get my amount 209 refunded in my account. I was expecting the amount will be refunded money but they refunded 209 hoora coins. what will I do with hoora coins when I don't want use your services further. Please refund my 209 in my account and money not as coins.

Even for a standard "bucket wash," the quality fell far below professional standards. Primary Issues Observed Upon completion of the service, I noted several missed steps: Tyre Polish: This was completely skipped. Detailing Neglect: Sand particles remained trapped around the windshield seals and ORVM (side mirror) housings. Service Quality Concerns Beyond the missed steps, the methodology used was concerning for the safety of my vehicle's paint: Cleaning Process: A professional service should include at least two rounds of cleaning—an initial rinse/wash to safely remove abrasive dust, followed by a clean water rinse to protect the paint from scratches. Equipment Standards: The towels used were inadequate. For proper water absorption and paint protection, high-quality 1200 GSM microfiber cloths should be the standard. Final Experience I spent an additional 10 minutes drying the car myself with my own microfiber cloth to remove water spots and streaks left behind by your staff. Conclusion: I am not satisfied with this service. Given that I had to complete the job myself, I request a full refund for today’s session and the cancellation of all my upcoming bookings.

you guys are complete fraud and unprofessional..charged me the surge price and took money in advance and then no one comes or shows up ..and your customer care says no one is available for the slot already sold to you ..and asked to me reschedule for tomorrow as it’s not available for today while your app clearly showd next slot available 11-12 pm available for today only ..after one hour call still no solution provided and you guys refuse to cancel and refund my money as well ..this a clear case of IPc 420 ..🙏thanks for the sheer harsment

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of reliable service. In light of this, I also request that my account with your company be closed immediately after the refund is processed. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the issue further, including approaching the consumer court. First time trying Hoora’s car cleaning service and it was disappointing. The person forgot to bring the add-ons that were part of the booking. On top of that, his vacuum cleaner wasn’t working, yet he decided to continue with just regular cloth cleaning. Unfortunately, this made things worse my car now feels more dirty than before, and the seats are left with visible stains. Definitely not the experience I was expecting for a professional car cleaning service.

Pathetic experience. I have booked slot as per availablity but no one came to service and nobody informed to me for this. worst part was calling 3 Times to customer care call not connected and everything only recording message were the in call saying all customer care representative are busy in other call and wait time is 3 mints and holding call more than 9 minutes call was not connected. I haven't seen such poor customer care services in my life. Please initiate the refund in its orginal mode without any delay I won't accept any other refund mode like Hoora coins, voucher etc.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hoora Car Wash Service. I purchased a one-month subscription while I was admitted in the hospital. On the first scheduled wash, the company itself cancelled the booking by saying that they do not provide service at my location. After a few days, when I was discharged from the hospital, I suddenly received another call from Hoora saying that my next car wash booking was scheduled for that day. I was shocked because if they were not servicing my location earlier, how were they suddenly ready to come for the next booking? I told them clearly that since the first booking was cancelled from the company’s side due to location issues, the entire subscription should have been cancelled and refunded. But instead, when I asked for a refund, they refused and said that the second booking was cancelled from my side, so they cannot refund the amount. This policy makes no sense. When the company cancels a booking without any proper solution, it breaks the customer’s trust. Then blaming the customer and refusing the refund is completely unfair and unprofessional. Very poor customer service and disappointing refund policy. I would not recommend this service to others.
